Training Facility Highlights
Our facility overlooks the Seven Devils Mountains in the Hells Canyon Wilderness near Riggins, Idaho. The mountainous terrain of Idaho provides a dynamic training environment for extreme long range, high angle shooting. Students are able to train in a rigorous environment with steep terrain, challenging winds, and unique shooting positions. Hat Creek also features a pistol/carbine range and offers a wide variety of advanced classes for military and law enforcement groups looking to improve their shooting capabilities.
Hat Creek Training is a purpose-built, world-class training facility
100+ years of combined military experience in both conventional and Special Operations roles, 20 years of competition shooting across various disciplines, and extensive real world experience in direct action, hostage rescue, sniping, and reconnaissance operations, uniquely qualifies our instructors to train and support the specific requirements of Special Operations Forces.
Most importantly, they are passionate about their work here at Hat Creek and take pride in passing that knowledge on to the next generation of our American war fighters.
